Any advice on parking at the Gator Bowl? Two years ago I rode with someone else and I think they had a pass. Thanks in advance for help.

I wish people would start reading the damn board before they start to post. Another duplicate parking post is just plain stupid. Hell, it only takes less than a minute to scan the previous posts before you start a new topic that already exists on the second page. Same question already answered on Monday in another post.

So you reading said post and adding to it is not stupid?

Also, I wish people would learn how to reply correctly.

I mean there is even a reply tutorial...read all of the damn board!

You and your wife must have had a big fight this morning! Or maybe you just got fired? Reading the anger in your post is sad. Your reply is like getting the gas chamber for a traffic ticket - chill, please - and have a nice day!

In 2010 we parked in a lot and got shuttled in. Basically dropped us off at the gate and it was cheaper. Real easy to get out after the game as well.

I bought a pass this year in lot P.

Two years ago I waited till the last minute & got one in XX. That was across the road just north of the stadium. It was kind of a ghetto area, but the official parking lots were dirt / grass areas and fenced in. There was plenty of parking in the hoods outside the fences - and I'm sure it was only about $10. But you were basically parking in someone's yard. I got the feeling that the whole neighborhood took advantage of selling their yards for parking.

Walk to the stadium wasn't horrible compared to parking on most SEC campuses. Getting out after the game sucked. Took forever to get out of the lot. I purchased parking again this year just because I felt like my car was much safer in an official lot rather than some hoodrats yard, and I didn't want to take a shuttle because I'm leaving Jacksonville directly after the game. Plus I was able to get lot P which is much closer & appears to be on the same grounds as the stadium.

I bought a parking pass two years ago...

my lot was west of the stadium near the river. It was an easy walk in and out of the stadium, no trouble. I think I paid $20 or so on-line.
