He caught 12 passes for 180 yards and a touchdown last season as a true freshman.</p><p style="PADDING-BOTTOM: 0px; MARGIN: 13px 0px; PADDING-LEFT: 0px; PADDING-RIGHT: 0px; PADDING-TOP: 0px">The 6-foot-2, 215-pound sophomore was one of the Rebels’ top recruits out of Noxubee County HS in 2009. My post was a parody of several posts from Nafoom/Spirit last year about how Bumphis was 10th on UM's list of WRs and you were only stringing him along and he really didn't have a scholarship offer from UM. Of course we wanted Patterson, just like you wanted Bumphis.
