Sick of hearing about culture, process and fight. And, the over/under of KP using the word “fight” during any presser is 8. Yet, what does that even mean? How does he define that word. More effort? Being more physical? Actually punching someone? My point is that if the rest of his coaching is similar to just saying “fight” then I see the problem.
And, in his presser, he sounded just like last year. The players just aren’t doing what he wants them to do. It’s never a result of crappy coaching.

The response that the players aren’t doing what we want them do is ridiculous. That’s like me crashing my car over and over and saying the car is just not doing what I want it to do.
Thought the players were the problem last season according to Payne. If the exact same things are happening this season, the problem is Payne.
I thought Eric Crawford made a great point basically saying that telling a team they need more "fight" without coaching is pretty much meaningless.
Brohm did it in short year and that’s FB. Paynes had 2 years and he can’t get it done. And now it will nearly impossible with his record
