Not much different than defensive backs practicing tip drills, the particulars of an interception, like the bang bang one against VT are impossible to predict, but practicing basic skills like this trains your body, and more importantly your mind to respond in the moment.

You have little interaction with media, definitely not with the fan base, and this is what you focused on??? Priorities, and becoming open and available are much more important. Maybe rebound ing and getting in front of the ball are more important.
