Most passive win I've seen in awhile. Spent the entire 2nd period doing absolutely nothing.
Davis is a solid wrestler, but no where near the rest of the guys on the PSU lineup. My taking Iowa to cover is looking good.
And the third. Ref carried hard on that one.

Back to back Iowa guys choose down and stay there the whole period.
What is Block doing on his shots? Why is he going around the waist? Couple of wasted opportunities.
Bow and arrow is the worst. Spladle is embarrassing, the bow is pain.
Without knowing the details about Bailey, he clearly doesn’t have the lungs for a complete match but he is obviously trying. I’m old enough to remember Adam Frey with Cornell and the mudslinging he took on themat boards…
Block went to his offense and was successful… for a time. The effort is there.

I don't get the criticism. He just won a tight match against a top 10 guy. If he was gassed, I'd think Davis could have gotten a takedown in the final 2 minutes.
He got to the position fast, got to do something after. SVN was waiting for that.
How long have they been allowed to ride parallel and not work for falls? I miss the old days when they would call that stalling.
For all the F*n they have they are doing some serious conditioning in between.

I was going to say it after he bent up Williams back in that first scramble, but thought I'd wait. Then he pulls that arm out. That plus what he did to the Lehigh guy, I've seen enough. He's trying to hurt people.
