All three Penn State commits have (not surprisingly) reopened their recruitment. Trinity Episcopal WR Davion Brown was the highest-ranked commit, followed by Patriot linebacker Mathieu Lamah, who is also a Rivals 4-star prospect. North Cross Cornerback Jaziel Hart also indicated his recruitment is open.
