You can't sue the NCAA over this type of thing dubmass. Especially when they were using the report YOU commissioned and released and when your President accepted the punishment BEFORE it was announced. You are either ill informed, a complete idiot, or you just like to take the side of the pedophile gangs. Penn State should have had the football program shut down for at least a little while. This is far worse than giving a player some cash, this is a complete meltdown in the total leadership chain that is completely centered around the football program. When you turn your program into the Neverland Ranch for pedophiles there should be some justice both on and off the field. Go back to your hole...
Oh I'm sorry where did you get your law degree from? Yes it was wrong what happened but why should the student athletes be punished for something they didn't do? The people responsible are either dead, in jail, or no longer affiliated with the university. How are the student-athletes being punished? They're all free to transfer anywhere they want to without sitting out a year. If they're still there, it's because they chose to be there even after the penalties were imposed. By your logic, nobody should ever go on probation for anything. Because by the time a school goes on probation, everybody involved in getting them there is usually gone.
It sounds like you've made incorrect assumptions of the content and scope of NCAA rules. The NCAA was well within their clearly stated rules when they took action.

You sound like an idiot which is why I treated you like one. It's one thing to be concerned about the student athletes, but they had a chance to transfer. No student is being hurt here. They will get to play football. Shutting down Penn State football doesn't hurt a single athlete. It allows a ****** up system to be reset and allows those people to focus on what they should be focused on, educating their students instead of building statues to a guy who enabled a man he KNEW BEYOND A SHADOW OF A DOUBT was a pedophile to keep bringing kids to football games and practices.
