Because Wiseman is the only one left in the race talking about specifics. His opponent has been hemming and hawing when asked what his plan would be. Also, his opponent has spent four years in office and all he has to show for it is a dog park, aka, one of the few public baseball fields in the northern part of town that dogs are now allowed to use as a toliet. </p>

...because I heard Matt Cox was an old style politician who refuses to commit to anything. He doesn't stand for anything. Besides, in the Primary, Wiseman was standing out in the rain most of the day at the Courthouse. It proved to me he really wanted the job.
