aGAIN, this staff is not scared to hit the JUCO ranks. Could be a contingency plan for Carmon, but this guy looks to be every bit the prospect Carmon is.

i like this pickup, assuming it happens. I'm all for getting guys here who can make an impact immediately and ease the transition to the future. This keeps the fans in seats instead of at home now that every game is on TV. Enthusiasm stays up. Recruiting goes well as it bridges the gap left by the walrus. They take the place of the jrs and srs we SHOULD have

Yeah, I don't think this is just a contingency plan. We don't have anyone that can play DT next year behind Cox and Boyd. If we don't land Carmon and/or this guy then McPhee will have to move back to DT.
