I am at $170/month for mine. Xtra channel lineup is $74/month + movie channels is like $41/month.. The rest is for HD DVR, whole home genie, etc. I think Sunday ticket was about $45-50/month. Seems to be the going rate for cable too though...

Amen. Been with DirecTV since 2000 but will drop them like a bad habit if they have no SEC Network.

Directv doesn't carry the PAC 12 Network because is consist of 7 channels. They don't won't to allocate the space for 7 channels in the line up for a regional network. If the PAC 12 was 1 channel like the Big 10 it would probably be available.

My 2 year contract with DirecTV runs out at the end of May. If they haven't made an official announcement about adding SEC Network by then I will be switching to Uverse the day my contract expires

So Directv says they can't get CSS, which they can if they pay Comcast what their fee is, and now they are not going to get the SEC Network? Unreal? I have had Directv since you had to buy your own equipment (dish and receiver), but I almost dropped them a few years back due to them not carrying CSS. I would definitely drop Directv if they choose to not carry the SEC Network. I don't believe this not going to carry the SEC thing is going to happen. Directv has marketing people and I'm pretty sure they know what impact that would have, especilly in the SE. I know they lost some customers due to dropping the Weather Channel, but I don't know how many. I think when it's all said and done, Directv will have the SEC Network.
