The 3 National Champ rings for $500 a piece. For what it's worth.

Caller said his buddy was member of Auburn Campus Police. Player was asking $500/ring, text messages went around about sale, Chizik caught wind, called player in (OL I believe). Chizik asked what happened to rings. Player said he didnt have them and said they were stolen, <span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic;">over a month ago</span>. Police report just made about stolen rings. Caller also said to expect story out by Mon-Tue. Could just be angry Bama fans but doesn't sound improbable, considering previous Auburn practices and recent college scandals with memorabilia.

Who knows? Didn't know if this was going around any other boards.

Auburn doesn't have a campus police force. The city of Auburn PD is responsible for the campus as well.

But I really had no clue you get 3 rings when you win a Nat Champ. Why 3? Are they all the same? One for the trophy case, one to wear, and one for your baby's mama?

If I was on that team, I'd certainly be asking for a lot more. Maybe three rings per player has flooded the market, thus driving down price
