Just out of curiosity, did it swurve out through a field to hit it? It looks like mud all over that cab. If that's not mud, no need to explain what it is.

I think the pink splash explains the greenish brown spots.........

I'm sure that cow darted right out in front of him.

Thankfully, judging by the somewhat mountainous terrain in the background, this incident wasn't in Mississippi.

/the word cow means something totally different in that part of the country.

The cow should have mooooved out of the way.

I had to photograph and accident scene on Hwy 45 Alt. where an 18 wheeler hit 5 cows. I'll just say there was an unpleasant scent in the air.
