He was a meridian native, but most know him as the founder of Westboro baptist church.

Summer came early for Phelps

I would imagine it is pretty hot where he is right about now

We now have a winner in the "most likely to have your corpse dug up and desecrated" award! Hell is too good for this guy, hope he was in pain the whole way down.

To paraphrase the words of the late, great Dr. Hunter S. Thompson:

"If the right people had been in charge of Phelps' funeral, his casket would have been launched into one of those open-sewage canals that empty into the ocean just south of Los Angeles... He was a swine of a man...His body should have been burned in a trash bin."

Incidentally, Phelps had been excommunicated from the Westboro Baptist Church sometime in 2013. Maybe he just couldn't keep the hate burning hot enough for them.

My ancestral homeland is Iowa, which explains a lot of my beliefs...as well as my winning tradition:

He was a year behind me in skool

We played against each other in Little League, and were teammates in Jr. High and High School. He was a pretty good QB and baseball player.
