Personal Foul...Leaping...

Did anyone else catch the penalty call on our game winning field goal? Can someone please explain that to me?? Is "leaping" the explanation when you jump on your teammates back to get higher? I watched the replay and it doesn't look like they did anything other than leap.

I know you are not allowed to climb up on a team member to block the kick....might be that

Players cannot jump over blockers to attempt to block a place kick. They can only jump straight up or between the blockers.
