Dear Football Season Ticket Holder,

This football season was obviously a very difficult one for Rebel fans and as an administration, we expect our teams to be successful on and off the field. In addition to holding these high standards for our student-athletes, we believe that our gameday and stadium experience must be first class. This past Saturday night, we failed to deliver on that unspoken promise and that is my responsibility. I'd like to apologize. We are in the process of gathering all information related to the audio and concessions issues, and more importantly, putting a process in place that prevents something like that from happening again. With only 7 home games each year, it's imperative that our technology and concessions work perfectly for those events. Thank you for your continued support of the Rebels and I assure you that we will use Saturday's shortcomings to improve and deliver the best possible product in 2011.

Kindly,

Pete Boone
Director of Athletics
