@oldfool2 I combined the first 2 weeks because games were played Mon-Sat that week. So yes, this would be week 4, but we've only done 3 Pick ems.

I was initially going to say Tusky vs BR might be an elimination game but looking at the rest of that region I think a one-loss team will definitely make it in to the POs.

Mike, I think Poquoson may not be playing this week because of Covid Protocol.

I heard that Hopewell is shut down until March 17 for the same reason.

My info says the Poquoson/York game is a go. Their first game with Smithfield was cancelled due to the lap over with athletes in winter sports of both teams not having enough time to prepare. So far no Bay Rivers teams have canceled due covid 19. Bruton canceled this weeks game due to injuries and lack of players ( what else is new for Bruton).
Announcer at York Friday nite said game at 11:00 am, Lafayette game at 1;00pm. Strangest schedule this year!

This is the region championship preview. Both will make the playoffs

I am not doing the picks this season, but the game that intrigues me is Independence-Heritage. The Indy quarterback is really special, but he was playing on a team with no seniors last year. With a fuller roster this year, I think they could make a run in their last year in Class 3.

I don't think any of the Pick em games kickoff before Fri. There are some Sat games though. The schedule updates every week this year with all of the challenges. It's been a moving target.

You can just put Turner Ashby vs. East Rockingham in the pickem every week. Because they play every week.
