This game know as “The Battle of the Burn” is at a neutral site (Segra Field), home of the Loudoun United FC on Saturday evening. Both teams have state title aspirations in their respective classes. Could be one of the best Broad Run teams in a few years. Despite losing 24 seniors from last springs championship team, Stone Bridge knocked off 4 consecutive quality 6A teams to start the season. Looking for a great game in front of 5000 people.
Is this game already sold out? , the stadium capacity is exactly 5000. Was considering going to watch
I don't know a single HS stadium that actually does a true sell-out. Salem Stadium seats like 7200 and there have been games with 10k+ people. General attendance-type games the tickets just get sold until the booth closes. Dunno how other schools or areas do it but you can go to Salem HS earlier in the week and buy a ticket for the game then, maybe do this if possible and just be in the stadium at a decent time to ensure a seat rather than standing room imo.
