Pitiful. Through 3 innings

If so, it is not like a lot of teams are ripping this guy for hits. A lot of people on here are freaking out and I agree we don't have a strong hitting team this year but a lot of what is going on is just baseball. Polk left us with a serious lack of talent all around and it is going to take some time to recover from that.
We still have a few on here that don't realize how bad we really are. We will be much better next year and the 2010 season should be a good one. We have very little D1 talent and our pitching is abysmal. If it wasn't for Routt being a nice suprise, we'd be in even more trouble. It also hurts that our Friday night guy, that we had to convince to come back to MSU instead of pro baseball, can't throw strikes to save his life.
Routt and Whitney have been great surprises.... however, we have a difficult time even putting a ball in play with two outs and runners on.
