We al know you are really damn stupid but I'll get you up to speed anyway:

There is an ongoing investigation (hint, ongoing means it's not complete) and Flynn has already begged for a plea deal and the offer has not been accepted. I don't know very many innocent people that beg for plea deals.

Keep the faith man, I'm sure nothing will come of this investigation,
