I remember when Mullen was hired and supposedly 3 different ppl (Hud, Les, Mullen) would bring plays to the table, depending on down and yardage. Keonning would make the call, and Mullen over ruling at times (UGA last yr Perkins INT). I don't know if that was the case and if it still is. But Mullen's subtle comment in todays paper hinted at what some have been saying since LSU (including me)...

I'm not offensive minded, but I think there's an art to it. I think Mullen has that ability, I'm not sure our current OC does. And I like Les, and I know we have big hurdles with our Oline, deep threat, etc., but it seems like we get in a rut real easy. We've only scored 1 TD in 3 SEC games, and I think yardage wise its not that bad. To me, that looks like it could bea play calling issue.</span></p>
