We played them once in 2016, and we beat them once. That's all that matters to me.

Doesn't really matter....you beat us when it counted...now gotta wait a year to try to get it back. That why I am so glad it was moved to the end of the year. Made it more meaningful and all 3 years the game was on a National platform
I don't know beyond the '18 Season but I do like our chances for the next two years!!!!!
I will shocked and disappointed if we do not win in Commonwealth next season. I am penciling in a W right now.
I think the cats would win 6. UL had the best player but UK had the better team.
Outside of Crazy legs Lamar, I saw two evenly matched teams playing. 3-4.
If you go by recruiting Rankings that would be the case...but even with Lamar you beat us...
Lol SMH . Some of our fans sometimes. We play UoL 10 straight times, we might win 1 or 2. Had we beat Alabama this year I garuntee there would be a thread just like this. GT is gonna be tough, UGA lost at home to them so that's what's next. Some people on this board do to much! Come next June, July, how many posters are gonna start throwing up who else thinks we will go 11-1? We won, we had a few lucky breaks, we made a few, some we're lucky, like SJ catching his own pass, LJ fumbling the football because he was off balance and the back of his hand hitting the ground knocked it loose. They could have easily won that game. Relax, see this for what it is, we're not there yet.

JBapp, the items you mentioned are not just things that happened this year with UK. Let's face it, the best team doesn't always win, but the score will decide who is the best team, that game. That's all that counts! Who knows if we play a team we just beat, ten times, how many we will win or lose. I don't, you don't and the teams don't. In sports, there is so much luck, but most of the time, the best team will have the better luck. As far as the UofL game, I think the best team won. UK was improving ever game, and Louisville was basically a one man team.
Your right about one thing! We are not there yet, but I know were improving, I like the coaching staff, the recruiting, and I believe we are on the way as a team to be reckoned with.

That is a good answer, you're well within reality of being optimistic, and identifying progress this team has made. While we disagree in certain areas I respect your answer, it's the I wouldn't say "sunshine pumpers" because we deserve to be happy and pump positive vibes into our team but I mean the "Oh, we beat such and such, we will be 11-1 next year you'll see, who is with me?" I see us for being 8 wins next year with a strong possibility for 9. My point is some go waaaaaay overboard. Watch, we can beat the world threads will pop up in time.
You guys won the game that counted. I think if you played 10 times with the teams as they were on game day UL wins 6-7. The UK passing game was to much for UL injuried defense to handle so UK was going to win some as they did out scoring UL. If The UL secondary was at 100% I see UL winning 8-9.
Injuries are part of the game and I know that. My option is based upon the fact that the UK defense was bad all season while the UL defense was pretty decent when healthy.

The talent gap that Card fans have been chirping about for three years is a farce. LJ is a great player--his ability to scramble and run for huge chunks is undeniable. But, we have brought it against them three years in a row. We should have beat them in Papa John's two years ago. Drop a damn-near-guaranteed interception which would've iced the game.

We would win 1 or 2 out of 10. I'm proud of our guys we finally got good fortune. I know We all don't feel this way but there are many posters here that when we lose one week we are the worst ever, fire Stoops but then we win the next week and we did it boys! We should be top 25!

But the worse ones are the ones where, you cannot give good, factual criticisms because oh boy! Then you are either a troll, or a Tard fan! We Beat UoL but we were due an upset, it does not mean we are now Equal with UoL, that's insane!
