Could Mirando's dismissal and the Brewster hire be more because Dan knew Brewster was looking to get back into coaching?

Brewster calls Dan: I'm wanting to get back in the coaching game. Got any openings?

Dan (looks over his coaches and Mirando's name sticks out): Maybe...let me get back with you.

Dan to Mirando: I recently found out that you are banging a coed. Is this true?

Mirando: Yep

Dan: Gotta let you go! Rules are rules, my hands are tied.

Dan to Brewster: Actually, a position just came up.

Doubt it. He or his agent probably contacted Dan after they saw this job open up. Just a couple of days ago Dan said he would be filling it with himself and or an interim placement.
