Playoff system is needed so badly...we had a 2 loss team...

win last year. This year there could be 5 BCS teams with the same record after the bowls are done. To guarantee 1 team with the same record as 4 other BCS level teams a championship is ridiculous. Hell, it is very likely that we will still have UT, OU, and Texas tech with 1 loss having each beat each other.

Oklahoma-Utah and Florida-USC. Winner plays a week later for the title. In my version of a plus-one, you have to win your conference title to participate, so Texas and Alabama aren't eligible.

and penn state and boise state are left out.....wow, what a perfect solution you came up with.

just saying...because you solved nothing....a loss is a loss, florida lost to ole miss at home, usc lost to oregon state.......oh, and bosie lost to....noone.....your solution helps nothing.....not to mention this "you have to win your conference" crap....if there were a true playoff like every other sport on every level, then texas tech, texas, and oklahoma would have a shot

have to do with this year? If anything then you could still make an argument that Georgia is probably the best team in the nation because of their performance last year. It's a whole new season, hence, a whole new ball game.

when he said that it makes sense to him that an undefeated Boise doesn't need to be in his plus 1 talk because they got blown out by ECU last year.

i didnt even catch that....for some reason i thought he was talking about penn state....wow, his post was even dumber than i thought
