Just like I prefer not beating up people that just got canned, even if deserved. It's poor form in my book. I get that not everyone understands that, and those folks aren't really expected to do what's appropriate.

Glad Flood is gone - no real opinion on Hermann. This is only a half done job so far, though. Barchi is still in charge, and we haven't made any hires yet.
