I think we are saying the same thing. To clarify, Keaton has been a kid who has wanted the ball in his hands since 8-man football in 3rd grade. He will be fine.

But the circumstances in playoff games are very different than that of a regular season game. I realize he has other carries besides blowout games but he doesn't have a postseason carry and is a freshman.

With that said, Keaton has been a flatliner since he started competing. He will be just fine. All he needs is an opportunity.

We are planning on trying to go live from the game. We are working out the details still we failed at GW, but once we figure this out I will let everyone know how they can view the live podcast from Galax.

Our attempt Friday at GW failed due to the camera position and lighting but mainly because when we finally went live there was a 70 minute delay in the feed for censorship, the game was over, but the live feed was still in the 1st quarter.

Losing Douggie is a huge, huge blow. He is a phenomenal player on both sides of the ball, and an even better young man. Made me sick to watch the refs wait so long to blow the whistle dead and see 7 guys pile on. He is such a great kid and deserved so much better. Although when you look at the big picture what has made Galaxs backs so successful has been Dixons offensive line schemes. That is not to take anything away from groups of backs that has came through the past few years. But you do not continue to have 2,000 yard rushers each year without outstanding line play.
