I almost hate to ask ... but what happened to the board lefties?

the sams, dion, etc. do not even have accounts anymore. i still see tfartus, though.

it is strange that they all rage quit at the same time. Charlie broke them, or USAID dried up?

Nothing for them to argue about unless it is to regurgitate their same old talking points.

They will FAFO
Will they though? We've catered to them for far too long. Terrorist cells aren't like Antifa rioting, vandalizing and throwing crap at officers. These guys drive unsuspecting vehicles into places and blow them up. These are real terrorists and their actions can easily hurt or kill hundreds or even thousands in mere minutes. All the libs claiming this stuff with Islamists and terrorist cells forming in the US was a conspiracy theory are being proven wrong again and again. This is the TRUE danger facing our country. This is the very real threat our nation and citizens face, and liberal governance has allowed it to manifest itself inside our borders.

It only took 24 years to carry out the verdict, and there was never a single iota of doubt about his guilt.

It’s ridiculous that these executions take that long.

I know the counter-argument: due process, etc. But once you’ve been through a trial of that magnitude, and once you’ve had a few years to go through whatever appeals there may be, then get it over with and spare the taxpayers.

I am almost positive that they went away after Charlie was killed. I commented on that a few weeks ago, it’s pretty hard to defend the people that created enough hatred to kill a husband and father. Maybe the shame overtook them. It should have.

If that was in the opinion, she should be removed. Both the concept of judicial restraint and political question doctrine would prevent a judge from simply substituting their decision making for that of a person in office.

Using this rationale as justification for the ruling is flying in the face of everything theyre supposed to do, and they know it.
It’s an absurdity that a judge believes they have any authority to restrict NG deployment. Are they not also implying that they then would have the same power to deploy the NG?

Agree, but mistakes have been made on numerous occasions throughout US history.

They don't have any shame. When something happens they will be back to blame President Trump.

Democrats have merchandise to sell...

"They have a Hate America rally scheduled for Oct. 18 on the National Mall. Pro-Hamas, Antifa people, they're all coming out. House Democrats selling T-shirts for the event."

While I think this is disgusting! It kinda sounds like a trap! Hopefully Trump anoints transtifa an international terrorist organization by then! If that happens, the gloves are off! It opens up a whole new element.

“On Tish James: Here's what you need to know. If the facts alleged in the complaint are true (which seems very likely), then Tish James committed garden-variety mortgage fraud, which plenty of normal citizens have been prosecuted for and convicted of.

There's no novel theory, no use of a 200-year-old statute that hasn't been charged in who knows how long, no repurposing of an obstruction statute to cover behavior not contemplated. If the complaint is true, she told the banks that she would use the property as a second home, and promptly rented it out to tenants. By lying about her intended use of the property, she got a lower rate from the banks than she would have otherwise.

Now there can be reasons to decline to prosecute a case like this, especially in the case of public officials. For all the talk of how "no one is above the law," in an ideal world, officials from different parties aren't constantly prosecuting each other, because they respect the honor of the other party. For a multifactional republic to work, there has to be some amount of honor that we accord our opponents.

Notice, for example, that in British Prime Minister's Question Time, members of Parliament are referred to as "the right honorable member" or the "honorable leader" or the "right honorable gentleman" if you are referring to a person on the other side of the aisle. And in the United States, when Representatives and Cabinet members are introduced, the honorific "honorable" is often used. Honor matters, honor is important.

But honor goes both ways. It must be reciprocal. And the fundamental fact is that Letitia James dishonored the Republican Party and Donald Trump as aggressively as any public official has in this century. She ran her entire campaign on using the full powers of her office to go after one man. She *promised* to abuse her office. And then she did, bringing a frivolous case that got overturned on appeal for being a ridiculously novel application of the relevant statute - and this was a case that would have bankrupted the Trump Organization.

So if we were painting on a blank canvas, it might make sense to let Letitia James' brazen mortgage fraud go, the same way there was a logic to letting Hillary Clinton's mishandling of classified information go. It would be a way of maintaining the reciprocal honor necessary to prevent politics from being a zero-sum game.

But we are not painting on a blank canvas. And as a result, we must *deter* future Democrat AGs from engaging in the kind of witch hunt that Letitia James did against Donald Trump. That means those AGs have to know that if Republicans win the White House, if they engaged in law fare against us, then we will go through their personal conduct with a fine-toothed comb and prosecute the prosecutable cases.

So yeah, Tish James is getting prosecuted. The case is legitimate. And nobody on the political right should have any time for the carping of the very same Democrats who cheered on the law fare against President Trump and his associate”-Will Chamberlain

We’re at a low, low point in our history. Maybe so low it can’t be overcome. One of the two main parties believes that they and their favorites (illegal aliens, Tish James, James Comey, etc.) can break the law, but their opponents must obey the law and not only that, their opponents must adhere to novel and ultimately ludicrous interpretations of law and morality (abortion, gerrymandering, gender nonsense, DEI,).

There’s not really any common ground to stand on here. One side or the other has to be destroyed through the electoral process.

Precisely. On it's face, I would say this case is silly. But Big Tish brought it on herself, and this must be done to demonstrate such lawfare will not be tolerated.

i would like to think the shame overtook them, but that never stopped them any other time ... they have never shown shame or remorse.
