It's not just about the money. Mark Stoops knows that the only job he gets after this is maybe being the defensive coordinator at Montana State. Idaho or some bullsh-t.
He isn't some head coach who even has a chance at some TV job in retirement. Look at him. He looks like a sad fat drunk uncle at Thanksgiving. We got lucky that Coach Cal left, but that was because Cal still had options. Some school actually still wanted him.
All our hope rests on the fact that maybe he has some self-respect and will quit. That's Kentucky football. And he isn't quiting without taking 25 million or more home with him.

Evel said the dumbest thing he ever did was spontaneously try to make a jump off of an elevated tee box with his wife in the golf cart and she about divorced him.

Just now catching up, but Arch who? Sucked to lose, but I bet there were a lot of Texas fans ready to trade us Manning for Boley last night.
Was a prime example of how we get anywhere near the red zone our coaches clam up and abandon everything we did to get there.
Still learning and growing. Remember the jump Woodson made between his sophomore and junior seasons. Really hope Boley sticks around regardless of if we have a new staff or not. I think you do like we did with Couch and get his input. He could be a 3-4 year starter if he sticks around. We haven’t had that in a long long time.
If it can be done, it certainly wont be easy. It is a long shot, but he needs to be the target imo.
Not that I WANTED a loss, but that game exposed that even though we outplayed Texas in every facet except special teams, that coaching decisions cost us that game.

Defense definitely played their best game of the year. Tons of heart and effort across the board.
I didn't think Manning looked good and I have seen him play a couple of times this year. He has lots of room for improvement.
