He’s a fraud, he proposes things he knows will never pass. He’s found a niche where he does nothing, yet stays elected.

Somebody has to propose bills that the RINOs and Dems will never pass. How do you not realize that? It exposes where people really stand on issues. He proposed a "single-issue bills" legislation. What happened with that?

Have you tried to put pressure on anyone in state or federal legislature to support such a bill? Or since you think it won't pass do you just not say anything?

That line of thinking is the same as Coach Phillips not bothering to recruit 4 and 5 stars from other states because "they won't come to Kentucky to play" and it's really pathetic.

Dude took a ridiculous Christmas photo with his entire family holding AR15’s, he’s a fraud. Massie wants it all done right now, and that isn’t going to happen. If he got his way the Dems would win Super majorities and then we’d be rightly fuqed.

Graham is a fraud too.

Got any more fallacies you want to throw out there? Why limit yourself? A "ridiculous Christmas photo" is what you're going with?

Are you saying a budget surplus would lead to Dem super majorities? Single issue legislation? Not giving money to foreign countries when Americans need help? Releasing the names from the Epstein cases like flight logs, photos, videos, transcripts, and depositions? All of these and registering lobbyists of foreign govts as foreign agents will cause Dem super majorities.... Telling us who the trafficked and abused kids (acts for which they were convicted) were trafficked TO will collapse the republic? That's what you're going with? Codifying the proposed DOGE cuts?

Please enlighten us as to how that will happen, so we can all scapegoat Massie. I don't want you and a few others to be the only ones

Im still focusing on how awesome these exhibitions were. People griped and moaned for DECADES about quality competition coming to Rupp. This was freaking outstanding!

Can't complain ONE bit. I like what Pope has brought to the program so far.

I'm a little confused as to why or how anyone thinks we could've had more PGs on the roster that could just step in to Aberdeen or Lowe's shoes and not lose a beat/step. Even if we were allowed to have 4 people on scholarship at every position on the roster, who at that skill level is going to come and sit waiting for 2-3 starters ahead of them to go down? And can we afford to pay that someone to sit on the bench 3/4s of the year.

We clearly couldn't before Pope got here

Well, when you learn control how blue states are governed, then get back to us about this asinine viewpoint. In case you haven't heard, libs love to give sh it away.....it leads to increases in their voting rolls.

Also, say you offer free immigration and then have no benefits or assistance. So no education or healthcare for them? We're going to have a slew of illiterate sicko's walking the streets? Who is going to police them? Housing?

This may be the dumbest idea I have read.

Absolutely zero for them.

If they come here and make it, they don't need a handout. That means very few

I’m not scapegoating Massie, he’s not going to do anything, that’s my point.

He is a fraud, a grandstander, if the cuts he wants were to happen in the timeframe he demands the public will torch the Republicans in the next election. That will lead to supermajorities, and he knows it. Which is why he knows it’ll never happen.

He also knows that the House is right now doing an investigation on the Epstein info, getting the info he wants dumped immediately, so again he knows it won’t happen in his timeframe.

from 2020 😂

Police say officers were dispatched to Ulta Beauty Supply on Industrial Blvd. where a woman, identified as Laquanashaneachia Leach, had active warrants for merchant theft.

When officers arrived, Leach tried to leave the scene and ended up assaulting an officer and passenger inside a car while doing so.

She is currently wanted for two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of leaving the scene of an accident causing injury, one count of an accident involving damage to a vehicle, evading arrest by motor vehicle, and numerous other charges.”

I think you missed the point .. they are not going to come if they get zero benefits

Arrest every single one of them and send them all to guantanamo on a slow boat full of 55 gallon drums. Tell them it's a fishing trip
Bring in the water cannons and if that don't work, CS grenades and rubber bullets. If they become violent... do what you have to do to protect the White House and the people living in that area. It is time to put the real insurrectionist and terrorist on notice.

I think I was more shocked by how bad the defense was. I mean every offense is not gonna be as good when your starting PG and back up PG is out. But this is supposed to be a team with several good defenders (even with JQ out). I don't think Georgetown missed a bunny all night.

But like I said at least this game doesn't count lol. We won't even remember this game 2-3 months from now.
Kind of reminded me of last season and the Ohio state game. We had beaten a good dUKe team and then played that clunker. It was an aberration and hopefully, this game was too.

No surprise RR is doing a complete reversal on this team in an exhibition game. Fair weather and why I mostly stay away from that thread. Young Cats probably needed this early on.
i didnt' even know about the game, but its an exhibition ... id rather they get some humble pie now, with things to work on, and grow from, then learn that in March. but that's me, i guess.

Oh I got the point, but my post remains correct....let me know when you get blue states/cities to stop giving away the farm. Until then, they will come w/ all of their aunts and uncles if they are allowed to, and allowing this defeats the entire premise of having a sovereign nation.

You know what Liberal line I hate during times of economic downtown? The whole "if you see someone stealing food, you did not". Its this pre-emptive move by the left that insinuates the right are out there whistle-blowing on some poor family stealing a loaf of bread. Which never happens. 1. They arent stealing food and 2. Im very sure that if they did steal food, no republican is gonna go to the Target store manager and rat them out.

Feel free to correct me if im wrong. But im not ratting out someone stealing food and I think the vast majority of repubs arent either.

Now, stealing TVs? Stealing other people's property? Thats a little different situation.

Yeah, I stay away from the boards for a day or two after some games. I'm sure they went from National Champions to bubble team in some peoples eyes last night.

My opinion of Massie has nothing to do with Trump. My questions on Massie began with that ridiculous Christmas photo.
He does nothing, he’s never going to take a stand on anything where his vote could change the outcome. He’s a smart man, so he can see the big picture, which only enforces my opinion that he’s a fraud.

I hope Pope succeeds, and the game was an exhibition, but playing great then laying a clunker is something Pope’s team have done a lot in the past.
Just hoping it was a dose of humble pie. I feel like they may have fell victim to reading their own press clippings after throttling Purdue and thought this was going to be an easier game. We get two bunnies before UofL in less than two weeks, so hopefully there's time to get their heads on straight. We absolutely cannot lose to Louisville.

I wrote in another thread this morning on it.. but we didnt have either of our PGs and had to rely on Chandler.. thats just not going to win a lot of games, especially with a brand new team.

Its not the same scenario of course, in terms of sheer talent.. but we saw what it was like for the Bengals to go from Burrow to Browning. Having your "quarterback" matters.

That's what I thought too. The team put a beat down on Purdue and maybe expected Georgetown to not even try against them. Thought they would just walk in and win by 50.

Their D was pretty tough and our starting point guard had 5 turnovers. What got me as far as the total team TOs was that many of them weren’t because of the tough D but just lazy and dumb passes. I think that will definitely improve. 4 total assists between him and Johnson. The Cats missed 12 free throws and 23 threes. The free throws worry me but I think we get better looks from three when Lowe gets back.
