A boss key is a keyboard macro that you set up. The idea being that if you're goofing off at work on your computer, and the boss walks in, you can hit the boss key, and it pops up some fictional spread sheet etc. to cover your tracks. LOL

True story, years ago we were moving and instead of hiring somebody, I got a couple of buddies to throw in with me.
As we were taking bed furniture out, she told me to be careful and not scratch anything. Three or four times she told me that.
Well-being my luck it shifted while driving putting a nice scrape on it. Made me sick because I had been warned.
We rolled in to unload, and I marched my manly azz in to tell her what I had done EXCEPT I told her it came off the pickup and caused major damage to the point we would have to buy new. She got the nauseating look when I told her I was just kidding, it was just a small scuff.
We still have that same bedroom set.
