There are a lot of ways to deal with health costs that don't involve adding a middle man, for-profit entity that have midwits making decisions on people's treatment. Indeed, most would observe that creating a conduit entity with hundreds of thousands of employees would drive costs upward while adding no benefit on the care side.

Most people I know that took the alternative protocols to great success did so at home, without medical assistance or intervention.
