government simply cannot verify the needs of all the citizens and this is WHY government, at any level, should not be involved in handouts. that should be done by private charities who are actually held accountable by the government when there is fraud.
Where do you read that I’m more concerned with the after action steps just because I wondered what they are? Given u draw that conclusion w/o evidence, yes, u should be done with this place. I thought it was obvious the other steps were needed first.
