It's the only way. Send some to prison and they will find another scam that takes years to figure out plus the taxpayers are on the hook for more millions to support them in prison. Frankly, sending them back to their ishhole countries is probably worse than sitting in a prison cell.
The real problem are the elected officials. When will any of significance ever see a day in prison? As long as they continue to have corrupt judges on their side and a DOJ not willing to do everything it takes to hold them accountable then why would they ever stop?

-Democrat lawmakers and administrations were paid by leftist ngos and international interests to look the other way and became rich in the process.

-While both parties were paid by ngos and international interests to spend millions to railroad tourists into multi-year hard time sentences for misdemeanor violations.
Meanwhile, international influencers and administrations condemn and belittle the US govt for both not accepting radical and illegal immigrants, and for allowing radical and illegal immigrants to harm dual citizenship holders that are in the US.
Those same people threaten US citizens, solicit children for sex, and run their ops on US soil without recourse of any kind.
More of the same and similar international influencers and administrations condemn and belittle the US govt for suggesting they will leave and/or defund international organizations that condemn and belittle US citizens and our constitution, refuse to defend the sovereign rights of their own citizens, and refuse to prosecute crimes committed against all citizens internationally, all while begging the US for money.
All while here in this country we have people who denied human trafficking, pedophilia, and mass illegal immigration were taking place have zero concern for over 300k missing illegal children illegally trafficked into the US under the watch of their chosen administration, are calling for the impeachment of a president because there are photos of him next to a pedophile who was later convicted, and protests the removal of hundred of thousands of the millions of illegal aliens that they denied were entering the US in the first place.
Suddenly their claims regarding "the falling birthrate" and "faltering economy" and "supply chain issues ring out as to why this country needs the millions of govt sponsored and supported illegals they denied were even here to help fix an economy they say was "doing just fine," while they've wantonly murdered millions of unborn children over decades as sexual and reproductive rights, and now complain of high inflation "due to tariffs" when millions of illegals being given their wages for free are sending that money and billions more they have stolen through fraud back to their home countries.
All sounds totally sensical, random, and not orchestrated one bit.
They come up with this idea to send the socialists/communists to the socialist/communist countries from which emigrants flee, send those in favor of illegal immigration to Mexico and any other country from which we have received so many illegals, send the "immigrants from everywhere built this country" to the countries from which the illegals RAN, and let's see 1) if that country treats them to room and board and refuses to prosecute them for crimes and vagrancy, 2) if they build up and change those countries for the better so no one wants to leave them ever again, 3) and see if after their 5 yr vacation in their chosen political and economic paradise the countries and their economies look like the US.
Everything should be just fine and prosperous, right?
While they're doing that, they line up all of the politicians, the bureaucrats, the foreign and domestic lobbyists and their sponsors, the judges and prosecutors, the ceos, cfos, and monopolistic corporations creating false shortages tondrive prices up, and those facilitating the ngos and their fraud. Prosecute every single one of them and put them in the prisons they sent the tourists into for 3 years without rights, without charges, and without access to their family or their attys, put them and their families in the communities they sheltered and filled with immigrants, and confiscate their wealth and auction property off to reimburse victims and fund housing for the homeless veterans and people displaced by disasters.
Then, when they've served their sentences, give them the option of "assisted suicide" (also known as "delayed abortion") or firing squad.
