You clearly don't understand pre WWII Germany, and how/why it got there. And further, who was to blame.
Oh, I absolutely know the answer to this. I don’t think your basic conservative knows tabout the hyperinflation, child brothels, transgender/sexual science centers, gay/sex clubs, drugs and all of the debauchery and corruption of Weimar.

You know, the stuff that the “good guys” provide.

Had a great 2025, but yes, these six 2026 trading days returned 10%+ of 2025. I couldn't believe 2025 would last after an excellent 2024, but here we are.

you consistently are chicken little... being a UK fan has broken you, my friend.

Saying something was poorly handled is a far cry from being chicken little. We have the right goal, just poor execution.

No contest to the UK sports point. We all must be brain damaged to some degree to keep following these disasters.

musk also said that trump was protecting himself with the files. IOW, when elon was mad he said a lot of things. and not all of them were true, they were either said in anger or to throw the dumb liberals off his scent (stop burning down teslas)

which brings another point ... i cant keep up, but over the last year what has the protests been?
no kings ... check
ICE
epstein
iran
maduro
tariffs
greenland
border
deportations

and the smooth-brain lefties do not realize that they simply switch from one "cause" to another at the blink of an eye ... the outrage of the day. Just like orwell predicted.

I think they realize they just shift around. I just don't think they care.

If we just cut off their money, the entire apparatus would stop and we could be rid of this nonsense.

Agree. It will be justified but barely. This was avoidable on endless numbers of levels. Its exactly what the left was waiting on and they got it.
I’d just like to see the temperature on both sides cool down. My entire adult life politics has been a vitriolic environment. I’d love to see a time where agitators on both sides talk to each other like we gotta share a room later on that day.
we all know it won't be stamped out by you crazies... your side tried to murder our president, and DID murder someone who only talked... but because you crybullies cannot handle disagreement, or being told NO, you resort to violence... this rhetoric is NOTHING NEW to your side ... so there is ZERO chance this gets "stamped out by the left" ... unless you meant stamp of approval.

good grief.
I am responsible for myself and how I respond to others. I'll continue to be civil on a thread that has shared more than its share in hate and violence. You can only speak for yourself and you constantly name call. I won't engage in that and hopefully we get enough on both sides to converse with civility. The worst thing in this digital world is the anonymity we get. I wonder if people would say or amplify the things they do if they had to attach their names to it?

this is like women who want to get in the male space, then decide they don't like how men act, then they demand the men act like women and get upset when men leave to make their own man space.

you just did engage though... it's all theater for your side. i've seen you like many a hateful posts too... so don't pretend that you're "above it all" and the moral high ground... proof in the point ... where do YOUR set of morals, values come from? (after watching your post history the past few weeks, i no longer believe you and i've said that before.)

This is all really bad news for us and the world.
Post WW2 America is dead.
We are now a lawless nation that steals oil and resources from its neighbors, kills its citizens in the streets at will, and threatens military force against any nation that has something we want.

The only question is how far this disaster goes before the sh** hits the fan for every one of us.
Oh good grief.
Still don't know why you don't move to Iran.
I am sure you can get an apartment cheap.

Of course it is a two part process but it begins with apprehension. If you don't actually get the person nothing else matters.

Musk said no one used the info they provided. Also, if they are employing any of those tactics its done in secret. As we know from their social media, they do very little in secret. They post virtually every time they grab someone.

Finally there is very little value in long stays in cities. Illegals just go underground till they leave. If ice agents are roaming around suburbia, they're wasting their time and our money.
You think the social media postings of ICE display all that is going on? Seriously?

Get on Westlaw and see the habeas petition cases that have exploded in the past six months and then ask if people are being detained. Those don’t cover the people who voluntarily deport rather than sit in jail. While the government is losing about 95% of those cases, they show detention is happening as part of the removal process.

In a weird way, I don't think Cignetti's "method" would work as well at a traditional power. I could be off base here, but I think that IU with their deep NIL pockets (Mark Cuban) and less 5 star-stacked roster, makes a more enticing landing spot for elite portal transfers.

I mean, the guy is going to win no matter where he coaches, but this is the most dominating team I've seen since The "U" was putting HOF'ers in the league left and right, and partying with Luther Campbell back in the day, and on top of great coaching and talent evaluation (portal), they just LOOK like men playing against boys because they ARE. Indiana, IMO was the perfect landing spot/laboratory for this mad scientist.

Don't get me wrong though, I'm not crapping on it. I hope Will Stein is taking notes because I'd love some of that action here at UK.

70% of the starters at Indiana are 5th or 6th year seniors .

Average age of starting lineup is 23.2 years old..

40% of starters at Oregon are 5th or 6th year players

Average age: 22.3 years old

25% of starters at Alabama are 5th year Srs, no 6th year starters

Average age of Starters?
20.8 years old

The Second oldest starting roster in the CFP this year? The Miami Hurricanes at 22.6 ...

Does anyone think Ms Good or anyone else would be hurt by ICE agents doing their job if the woke vigilante would stop trying to interfere with law enforcement? The death of Ms Good was a predictable natural result of the woke saviors breaking the law as crazy acts of virtue signaling. That this happened in Minneapolis is really not a surprise. The city is filled with such lefty nuttiness. I would like to know if she was being paid to block ICE efforts. If so, the person or organization who instigated that act with payment should be sued and, perhaps, criminally charged. In the world of comparative fault, there are a lot complicit players here, including the deceased and her spouse. The scene was charged because of them, not because of ICE agents attempting to get unstuck.

Rand Paul or Mitch McConnell? Who ya got?

"The headline from Capitol Hill on Thursday is that the Senate voted 52-47 to advance a war powers resolution to limit President Trump’s actions on Venezuela. The vote was a rebuke to the President, and Mr. Trump didn’t take it well, as you would expect.

The Senators in favor included five Republicans: Maine’s Susan Collins, Missouri’s Josh Hawley, Alaska’s Lisa Murkowski, Kentucky’s Rand Paul, and Indiana’s Todd Young. Most notable in that list is Mr. Hawley, who fancies himself presidential material but isn’t helping his cause by advertising that he’d be happy as President Gulliver tied down in the Lilliput of Capitol Hill.

But for our money the speech of the day was from Mitch McConnell, the senior Senator from Kentucky, former Majority Leader, and frequent target of Mr. Trump’s wrath. Mr. McConnell has been a consistent, thoughtful supporter of presidential powers, and he continued to stand on principle on Thursday.

Like many scholars, Mr. McConnell has doubts about the constitutionality of the War Powers Act that passed over the veto of a weakened Richard Nixon. But for the sake of this vote, the Senator accepted its terms and still offered good reason to vote no.
“First, plain statute: Notification of Congress within 48 [hours]? Check. Withdrawal within 60 days? Try 60 minutes!” Mr. McConnell said, regarding the time U.S. forces spent on the ground in Caracas. “What’s more, recent history provides clear precedent from Presidents of both parties,” the Senator added. “What authority did this operation exceed that President Obama or President Reagan did not exceed in operations in Libya? Or President Clinton in Kosovo?
“What makes this time different than President Biden’s strikes in Syria or Yemen? Certainly, there’s little daylight between the legality of this operation and the one President H.W. Bush undertook to apprehend Manuel Noriega in Panama.”

This is the history you know when you didn’t arrive in the Senate last Thursday. Experience and smarts count! Mr. McConnell, we should add, has supported Presidents of both parties on the war-making power no matter the doubts he might have had about a specific policy.
Mr. McConnell went on to say Thursday that “a stable Venezuela, led by duly elected Venezuelans, will leave Americans safer and more secure. The Administration should explain how that end goal will be achieved.”
Assuming the Venezuela war resolution passes the Senate and House, Mr. Trump can still veto and it won’t become law. But the President should want to keep the country on his side, and he ought to thank Mr. McConnell for his vote and sound advice."

The best US Senator EVER !!
