Your Brazilian Grand Prix winner, Morrisey (errr, Lando "Dandy" Norris) :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

What a silly acting poppinjay... Can you imagine AJ Foyt, Max Verstappen, or Dale Earnhardt posing in a half sweater and wistfully holding lavender?

Yeah, that’s lame. Regarding the race, Mad Max with an incredible run from the back and starting in the pits. But was glad to see HAAS/ Bearman get up to P6. Haas has done pretty good to this point for one of the medium tier teams.

Driver of the Day: Max Verstappen. Yesterday, he decided to scrap the car after qualifying P16. They dropped in a new engine and went back to the Austin setup, which means he had to start from the PITS. Then he suffered a puncture on Lap 11 which meant he had to pit 3 times and STILL made the podium, P3 and was .310 from grabbing P2. Unbelievable drive by Super Max, the GOAT.

Yeah, Bearman is for real.

Dems are fighting to keep health insurance affordable while Pubs fight to raise rates and take food away from poor people and babies in order to keep their tax cuts for billionaires.

Your friends still at it

hey dummy ... if was "affordable", then other taxpayers wouldn't have to subsidize it.

they passed it and we're now finding out what was in it ... a disaster.

sam, you're in too deep for your cult to be taken seriously... how's retirement? on the taxpayers dime?
If you're on Social Security you are living on the taxpayers dime too Floriduh. At the end of the day...almost ALL insurance prices and retiree benefits are shared costs.....but you are lost. Who the hell is Sam??

If Dims were fighting to keep health insurance affordable, they would not have come up with OCare to begin with & at least would abandon it now. As is, people on OCare can only buy insurance plans approved by the government that are loaded with things they don't need. It's stupidity, yet that what the DIms fight for - citizen stupidity.
Trump has had 2 terms to fix this. He has done NOTHING but concepts of a plan.
How's that no tax on tips plan working for Vegas workers???
How bout the farmers??
How bout all those factory jobs???
What a joke of an administration. MAGA is Killing America one job at a time.

Yeah, Bearman is for real.

He was better in the first movie, and his car was rad.

The tariffs havent added much to inflation at all. Its a Great PR move.
They've added around 0.5% from various reports I've read. When people are concerned about rising prices, as they are, that counts.

Just how are tariffs a PR move? People hear - & see - higher costs intentionally fostered on them.

So you admit OCare pricing is about time. Thanks.

It takes a market based system to fix heath care costs. Dims will never hear of it.

This country beyond repair at this point.

Democrats love a good fallacy, too, Mr Massie.

The difference is huge, even if the terms suck.

1 -the first can still build equity through appreciation (avg about 5%/yr or more)
2- have the interest as a tax deduction
3- still pay less than rent
4- not worry about the principle and interest payment increasing
5- build in sweat equity if they make a good purchase
6- borrow against the equity to buy other properties and
7- turn those or their current property into income producing properties, then repeat the process
8- accelerate the payments during times of surplus to reduce the effective interest rate
9- refinance the property later to reduce the payment and/or term
10- add some roommates to help them either pay down the note or decrease their payment burden WHILE building equity

Those are ALL things you can't do when you don't own anything.

Other benefits-

You can't be evicted with just 30 days notice.
You won't have your rent increased whenever the landlord wants to increase their vacation time in the carribean.
You don't have to live in a rotting corpse of a home with things that don't work because you won't be reimbursed for repairs and updates you pay for out of your own pocket.

Just when you think a congressman is actually concerned about people, he grandstands again and proves you wrong. Apparently he's just an attention seeker

When has injecting mass sums of government cash into anything ever turned out well in the long run? Doing that would have pushed inflation into the stratosphere.

The truth is, SS was never for the people. It was a way for the government to get funds without taxes and write a giant IOU to the public. Total scam and people fell for it hook, line, and sinker.
bears repeating .. ponzi scheme from day 1 .. benefits started at 65 and average life expectancy when it was instituted was 62 ..spent the money and then oops .. people started living longer

I went to PTHS from '58 to '61 .. your dad there then?

My Dad graduated in '52

Used to love going to Paducah in the Summer to visit my grandmother, just me and my Dad (my Mom and sister usually stayed in Lex, or went to Virginia to visit her parents in Portsmouth) Brutal drive though. I don't know what it is about that, but it SEEMS twice as long as it is. Back then the Parkway was still a toll road.

My grandmother lived on Jefferson, near 27th street, and I used to walk over to Broadway and walk downtown. Kresge's, sometimes catch a movie at the Columbia, etc. I was fascinated with the Irvin S. Cobb Hotel (which had burned down, but still hadn't been cleared/razed.) My Dad's first job was at Finkle's Fair Store. Last time I was in Paducah, the building was still there.

Sending Americans checks and calling them a tariff dividends is the PR move. Everyone likes it when they get money.

Collins tried to get a 2% tax on income over 25 million and only 7 Democrats voted for it. They arent doing anything but gaslighting you trying to blame others for the failed ACA

I looked up Finkels. For a while it was a biker church. I think it now belongs to the Market House Theater and they do dinner plays there. I haven't been to Paducah in many years though.
