HK, I did a tour of the Kokomo stained glass factory over the weekend, very interesting but the 96 COE for glass is interesting how it expands, look up the equation and please explain it to me! I have no idea how to write out the equation, it's beyond my little mind! Gas bill for the plant is $32,000 a month!!!😂😂😂😂 Here we go!

As a European American, I fully support this family doing this. You people (them) need to get over yourselves: "zoning," "eyesore," maga guy in tweet complaining about multiple incomes outbidding for a single house.

The "American dream" of a two car garage, your own plot of land with a picket fence and dog with lots of room to breath at 25 was an aberration, not the norm. Europeans have always had to live like this because you generally can't afford multiple homes just because you have multiple incomes as you are getting taxed to death: families had/have to stick together in the same building out of necessity. And it's probably best for you in the long run as a family anyway.

Reminds me of all the socialist nonsense from Dion and others (educators :ROFLMAO: :rolleyes:LOL) about everyone should be able to afford everything on one 40 hour job like they do in "socialist" Denmark... which they don't you DA trolls. THIS is what socialist policies actually look like, what they actually do - you create an affordability crisis

Lol. Another socialist has a problem with the "aberration" that is a constitutional republic? So surprising.

"European" Americans were part of the problem when the country was founded. They wanted to side with the English. Americans said, "No." The "European American" loyalists sided with the crown and turned against the people that wanted this "aberration" to succeed.

Building codes have to do with order and preserving price integrity in neighborhoods. They help protect buyers and sellers of the property from devaluation and fraud. That's why you have to get permits to build and pass inspections. My buddy has seen nearly a dozen people be screwed by sellers NOT obtaining permits and therefore inspections, and selling them a trash "remodel" that then costs the buyers tens of thousands to fix when the basement floods or the floor nearly collapses.

If you want that, move your family back to "European" lands.

Building codes and zoning restrictions did not create the "affordability crisis." Thats just DAF. What created the crisis is the combination of the pandemic, forced scarcity, high interest rates, government overspending on immigrants and collapsa-care, and rampant bureaucrat and ngo manipulation of our system. Banks and bureacrats. The same system that made Europe what it is now and wants this country to be the same way.

The ongoing problem is people not only refusing to accept it, but refusing to put an end to them doing it. Nobody cares as long as they don't have to deal with it themselves.

Building and zoning prevents homeless people and drug dealers from living on your property without your permission. It prevents your neighbor from claiming your garage as his, and from building his house over your property line, or flooding your basement with his downspout runoff and pool drainage.

He wasn't protecting any one person. He was playing a game. This is all negotiation. We all just have to wait to see what the desired outcome is. It's the art of war.

I'm still waiting to see how his H1B talk gets things reversed in favor of American workers. Him calling attention to it has already woken up a bunch of sleeping gamers who thought they had no future to the truth that it's being given to people from other countries for less money while bureacrats and foreign govts profited.

Ford just announced it has jobs that pay $120k per year but they "can't find workers" to fill them. Somebody out there is saying, "Why tf am I getting a gender studies degree, when I can make $120k as a mechanic at Ford?"

That's how you change things. Call attention. Challenge people. Rile people up. Redirect their anger by revealing how the scam is perpetrated. Masterful
