We enjoyed the one we had at our house back in IL. Easy to maintain. Enjoyed it the most in the cold months. The only negative on ours was if the power went out it automatically reset to 102 degrees. No problem in the winter but when we set it for lower temps in the summer, if the power went off…back up to 102.
