What I've heard NO ONE mention so far, but should have been done immediately, is to require banks in illegal immigration safe zones/cities to immediately freeze personal or new accounts receiving unusual payments of over 1k per day and notify the fed govt immediately or be shut down. They would've identified rioters within days as well as who was funding them, as well as scared some people off from doing it.
