I voted for athletic scholarships, assuming you mean a scholarship endowment. That would free up every bit of revenue we have in a given year to be invested into the other things you mentioned. Spending $100 million on facilities and the like would be great, but the rising cost of tuition and fees is a major problem for athletic departments across the country.
