There are plans to completely redo the tread of the west, lower bowl to accommodate chairbacks

I guess you could do that by drilling and epoxying in new treads but that can only be done by building up and not demoing down. I would think that the increased overall thickness of the lower deck would increase by nearly 2x and create significantly more self weight than what the foundations were designed for.

I go to the game to watch the play on the green field. I go underneath to buy a Coke and take a piss. And would much rather a chairback option than nicer concourse
