I have to agree with mmqp. You have to include Riverheads with the success they have had over the years. Also another team coming out of the Shenandoah District that's dropping down to 1A that shouldn't be overlooked would be Luray. While not the traditional power that Riverheads obviously is, the Bulldogs have had some good years lately. But again, you have to include Riverheads.

Yikes, I didn't realize Luray was dropping as well. They gave Essex a run for their money a few years back in D2 so you definitely cannot overlook the Bulldogs either. Is Stonewall Jackson of Quicksburg dropping as well? Not that them dropping will matter, just curious.
