That kid definitely looks like a High School kid playing against Pop Warner kids (a Man-child).

Are the Bolingbrook Trojans still beasts in Pop Warner? Growing up playing Pop Warner they were always good.

You are (or were) correct. It appears the Tri City Chargers joined BGYFL this year (2018).
