We have a good part of our lineup coming up in the ninth....

We waste so many chances. It's sickening how many little things this team

consistently screws up.

I've only caught bits and pieces of the two games today, but I've seen Porter bat 3 times and he's looked like a damn fool each time. He takes fastballs right down the pipe and then swings wildly at breaking balls or pitches two feet out of the zone.

Edited to add: where the 17 was that first baseman playing that robbed Frazier of an extra base hit? 5 ft behind the base and hugging the line???

Well, his second double in game 1 down the 3B line (which was a huge 2 out AB) was off a curve from a righty.
