off topic:
i read where oregon was proposing legislation for the installation of gps monitoring systems on oregon residents automobiles. the purpose of this was to be able to track the mileage of each resident in order to place a mileage tax (carbon tax essentially) to make up for the shortfall in gas tax revenues due to the higher efficiency cars....any update on where that may stand?
