Was it pretty? No.There were positives for me tho. I will go back to the Auburn game we went to a prevent offense and defense in the second half. This game we flung it the whole game. We didn't go prevent we call that game against Au that's a w. The main complaint I've had with Mullen is he plays not to loose he took changes against Uk some worked and some didn't you can't have it both ways. We went 11 of 18 on third downs that's pretty solid to me. Finally through a personal foul, a safety, and a missed field goal we spotted them 8 points. This Uk team has played teams well this season. That being said we aren't a great team, however we Have a chance to go to a bowl game.

You're not a 17 year old athlete evaluating scholarship offers. I doubt very many of those saw much in the way of positives out of that spectacle.

Everybody has talked about our third down inefficiency, and rightly so, but my concern has been play-calling and execution on FIRST and SECOND downs. That's why we have third down problems in the first place. Our lack of creativity on 1 and 2 and success is a problem. On that final drive on almost every single third down play, it was like squeezing blood from an onion to convert on third. We make it WAY too hard on ourselves.

I agree the play calling could be better especially on first down.
