All you "coach speak" fans, I hate to look ahead but I just can't help myself. If by some miracle we beat Auburn, where do you think the LSU game day atmosphere could rank in recent memory? I'm talking about the buzz and the feeling you have before a game, notexcitement afterward.Being playedon a Thursday, does thathave an effect good or bad? Again, if we somehow beat Auburn, I think its going to get a little out of control Sept. 15th.

If you think it will take a miracle to beat Auburn then you're probably going to be moaning about how bad LSU is going destroy us.

We are a good football program at the moment. Relish it.

..I don't know if you keep up with betting lines, but MSU is a 7 point favorite over Auburn.

So the only miracle taking place Sat. will be if Auburn beats MSU & not the other way around.

I realize it pisses you off that MSU finally has a badass football team, but learn to deal with it.

Whoa their fella. Lots to clean up before we are "badass".If we are "badass" what wordwould you use to describeLSU's team? Still no one has given a thought to the question. Obviously I haven't posted that much, but I'm learning its not about starting a topic, its about how much of a smartass you can be in response to the topic.

If we're 2 - 0 and facing the #2 team, the stadium will be a mad house.

Also, that's a pretty funny avatar.

"A giant guerrilla with a chainsaw for a penis." More of a phrase than a word, I guess.

I laughed at the use of guerilla (a Central American soldier who excels at jungle warfare) rather than gorilla. Nevertheless, your point is well taken.

I fully believe we will beat Auburn and probably almost comfortably. Which should move us up to somewhere around 12-14 in the rankings, depending on if anyone ahead of us loses, etc.

Lsu will come in as #2 obviously. I think this will be the biggest, most hyped, electric atmosphere game DWS has seen in a long time, if ever.

And jumping ahead here a little, but if we end the losing streak against the purple and gold pricks, on Espn, with everyone in the country watching. Just think about the media attention we will receive , as well as recruiting attention.

Needless to say, winning these next 2 games would be huge for our program!

and... not for nothing... but guerillas are not exclusive to Central America... or the jungle.

Also, there is a Cowbell Yell pep rally in the stadium at 10pm the night before for the students. The release says ESPN will be there for it too
