Just tried to order post season tickets and I noticed that you don't have option to pick between the two play-off locations. It's all or nothing. Very low likelihood we'll be ranked higher that 4th place. Which means if we get in, we're in the Sugar Bowl against Number 1.

Not necessarily...

If we are No. 4 and Oregon is No. 1, then we'd likely play in the Rose Bowl.

Furthermore, coaches

who are coaching with nothing to lose (Muschamp) coach much differently than if they have something to lose.

A UF win over an FSU team that has appeared vulnerable would put us above them in the #2 or #3 slot.

Also, could the committee put us over Oregon? Look at our resumes.... our loss (@Bama) is better than their loss (vsArizona). Our best win (@LSU) is comparable to their best win (vsMichiganState). Our next best wins are also comparable.

So essentially what I'm saying, is who knows where we'll be ranked. We could be at 6th on Tuesday night and it wouldn't surprise me that much.

If I'm wishing for stuff... I'm wishing to be #4 playing FSU in the Sugar rather than #3 playing Oregon in the Rose.

The one thing to remember is that more than likely, Oregon, FSU, and OSU are all more than likely going to play in a conference championship game and we (more than likely) won't. History has shown, and I expect this new playoff to be no different, that a 12-1 team trumps an 11-1 team nearly 100% of the time. We really need some more chaos to happen for us to really have a chance.

Bama winning the SEC trumps all. How many of the other games will be against a Top 15 team?
