The State will be paying LT for a long time...What's another 3 months on the active payroll?

Byrne took over as AD, and they created a job for LT to serve until the end of June. I'm sure nothing is expected of him. Something like this wouldn't be unusual.

it gives someone the permission to put LT in the new job at any time. I guess there should be another motion approving Byrne as AD somewhere?

Sounds lke the "transition" is over. I wondr if those two guys ever sat down and discussed anything? My guess is not much.</p>
