And will there even be a conventional "Offensive Coordinator"?

I would LOVE to add Steve Campbell as the OL coach / running game coordinator. Coach Hud and Campbell are close and would make an excellent duo.

He was offensive coordinator at Army in 2001. The year before they were 91st. The year after they were 113th. He had them at 67th.

I agree. I also think it means he will have input on the offensive schemes and strategy, but obviously not to the extent of the offensive coordinator.

I'm sure Mullen wants to work with the QB's too so this can be somewhat of a dual QB coaching role.
