Anything can happen, but what the hell. Might as well make a prediction thread as to how the West will shake out. Give a final SECrecord too if you want. Here goes:

1) Alabama 15-15 (Bama holds tiebreaker with series win over Arkansas)
2) Arkansas 15-15
3)MSU 14-16 (MSU holds tiebreaker over Auburn with series sweep)
4)Auburn 14-16
5)Ole Miss13-17
6) LSU 12-18

I think we will take 2 of 3 from Ole Miss, but I think we only take one from LSU. If we finish 3rd with a 14-16 record, I will be happy. We would have 33 or 34 overall wins, and would make it to Hoover. However it shakes out, it will be a fun last two weeks, especially since we are still in the thick of things and only one game out of 1st place in the West. </p>

Might have Arkansas winning it outright, but otherwise that's about what I expect to happen.

we will struggle to win one against them in Oxford. Beating USC is impressive to me. With that said I think we will win 2 of three at home against LSU so we end up in the same place just in a different way.

some of the game sunday, SC played like ****. When I was listening, they were making errors and pitchers were walking and hitting batters. But, it gives the bears confidence and momentum which sucks for us.

it was nothing spectacular , but they held SC to 6, 2, and 6 runs. Thats about like holding us to 3, 1, and 3.

they got more out of Goforth and Wright than I could've imagined. And Morgan is somewhat back.

advantage of alot of opportunites yesterday or they would have blown USC out again on Sunday. I agree USC didn't play very well the last two games but they are still one hell of a team and the bears deserve some credit for beating them twice no matter what the circumstances. There seems to be a real sense of urgency with the bottom tier teamsfighting to get in the SEC tourney so I expect the next two weekends to be intense.

but I can't figure out who or how they are going to get there

al, ark, aub, or msu all could get there ...auburn has the easiest path to 16 wins
