Obama:

I am grateful to Yad Vashem and all of those responsible for this remarkable institution. At a time of great peril and promise, war and strife, we are blessed to have such a powerful reminder of man's potential for great evil, but also our capacity to rise up from tragedy and remake our world. Let our children come here, and know this history, so that they can add their voices to proclaim 'never again.' And may we remember those who perished, not only as victims, but also as individuals who hoped and loved and dreamed like us, and who have become symbols of the human spirit.

Trump:

It’s a great honor to be here with all of my friends—so amazing + will NEVER FORGET!

What a mental midget

The best words....best. None better...so much winning. Big League.
He wrote better than the guy who tapped his wires....unbelievable. They asked him three times to leave the note. Of course he had to consult with his "council" er um "counsil" um wait "councel". Trump ran into Frederick Douglas during his visit.....right after he had the best piece of chocolate cake, most delicious. Bigly.

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.) appeared to confuse the National Rifle Association with the National Security Agency during remarks Tuesday at the Peter G. Peterson Foundation's 2017 Fiscal Summit.
While being interviewed by CNN's Dana Bash, Pelosi discussed the ongoing investigation into whether there was collusion between Donald Trump's campaign and the Russians.

"To have a president say, if he did, to the director of the FBI, or the DNI, the Director of National Intelligence, or the NRA person that—um, uh, that they should not go forward, it raises questions that need to be answered in a facts and law way, and not hearsay," Pelosi said.

The NRA, of course, is a gun rights advocacy organization.

Just as I expected, 140 characters or less. To him, everything is a tweet.

Wrong thread.

Where do you come up with this stuff?
I saw the article on my Comcast Infinity home page. I clicked on it and it was comparing IQ's of famous people. It did show the supposed IQ's of former President Obama,ex-first Lady Michelle Obama and President Trump. Trump had the highest by far of the three. I was surprised how low Michelle's was.

What were the sources for the article and who wrote it?

Thats not the story from the Comcast home page that I saw.....the story I saw had a long list of famous people on it. Trump and the Obamas were among many they listed. Again...if you are so interested.....look it up.

I didn't say it was the story ... that's Snopes ... and it states that Trump's IQ is fallaciously estimated to be at 156. It details the flaws in the reasoning in placing his IQ at that level.

If it makes you fell better......The Comcast piece I saw had a very high IQ assigned for President Obama. I maybe should not have chosen the words "by far" in my original post.

The articles I've seen has Obama's at 130. Is that accurate? Maybe so, maybe not.

It's all irrelevant if they don't say how they came to those numbers, which is what I was questioning all along. Did they get actual test scores somehow? Are they basing it on meeting the criteria to be a Mensa member? Or are they assuming a bunch based on limited information?

The Snopes article outlines the grand assumptions made in placing Trump's IQ where they did.

I guess how they arrive at IQ's can be debated AND how some use that info. Remember when SNL was doing their thing in regard to the report of W. Bushes IQ of 91. People got a lot of laughs about that......funny how some people didn't care when it was found to be a hoax and how fallacious it was. Did you remember seeing anything on Snopes about that one?

I don't remember the exact IQ numbers for Obama and Trump in the piece I saw on Comcast. They both were very high.....though a little lower than mine. It did not have Trumps at 156.

Not sure Snopes was around then, and I had no reason to look up anything about it even if they did. I know they started quite awhile ago but mostly focused on Urban Legend stuff before starting to cover just about everything. So, I'm sure they were around, but maybe they weren't doing everything they are doing now.

There was nothing about W that would suggest to me that he would have an IQ of 91 ... that's a bit ridiculous.

As an actual Mensa member (sorta, not officially a member anymore since I stopped paying dues) ... I find it hard to believe that Trump qualifies. Maybe at one time he would have, but honestly his speech indicates to me some significant cognitive deficiencies/decline.

You can't remember what his IQ was in the article, so I'm just going on the 156 listed in the other articles I've found, which is also what Snopes is going by.
